Operations

Officers conduct randomized patrols of your property based on your plan. We have marked units to show visibility and give a strong security presence. Officers get out of their vehicle and check things. during high call volume time foot patrols may decrease. We noticed most companies do not push their call response because it ties up patrol resources. We solved this by not overloading the officers with too many locations to cover with calls and thorough property patrols. We have other units designed to conduct patrols where the officer is able to see things from different perspectives. Secret operations are covered under a "NDA" and further details can be provided.
Dispatch
Dispatch operates 24/7 serving as the communications center for day to day operations. Dispatchers will take calls for service and delegated the appropriate security officers to respond. Dispatchers are trained to remain calm, de-escalate, and gather important information for a quick response. Dispatchers may also contact Police, Fire, and Medical if necessary, bringing first responders to your property as quickly as possible. If there is a serious emergency, we always recommend calling 91l first and then notify security after.
