At Apparel of Faith, each product is made to order through our printing and fulfillment partners. Because of this, we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Please review our policy below:

1. All Sales Are Final

  • Since our products are custom printed on demand, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for reasons such as:

    • Ordering the wrong size

    • Color preference

    • Buyer’s remorse

Please double-check product descriptions and size charts before placing your order.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

  • If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • To process your claim, please provide:

    • Your order number

    • A clear photo of the issue (defect, damage, or incorrect item)

  • Once approved, we will arrange for a replacement at no extra cost or issue a refund if a replacement is not available.

3. Processing Refunds

  • Refunds (when applicable) will be issued back to the original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, the order is already in production and cannot be canceled.

5. Shipping Issues

  • Apparel of Faith is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or incorrect addresses entered by the customer.

  • If an order is lost in transit, please contact us, and we will work with our fulfillment partners to resolve the issue.
